On Monday, March 11 I entered Racine's Divino Gelato Cafe but quickly realized that the cafe was closed. After apologizing to the one gentleman on staff for my late arrival/disturbance, I headed towards the exit only to be part some of the absolute BEST customer service I have ever experienced in any establishment. Unfortunately I did not get his name, but he felt terrible that they were closed and the register was already counted down. Clearly he is proud of his place of employment and insisted that I take some of his own Gelato that he purchased previously because "you came out for ice cream, so you're going to leave with it." I felt awful taking his Gelato and kept telling him that I would just return tomorrow when the cafe was open, but he insisted and filled up a container for me regardless. I am honestly blown away by how sincere, respectful, courteous and patient this man was and I will definitely be spreading the word on this outstanding service offered by Divino. It's a wonderful feeling knowing this type of service and great people still exist today! THANK YOU!

GREAT STAFF! Very helpful, service oriented, knowledgeable staff. They checked in several times to see if we needed anything and took care of everything with a positive "can do" attitude. Also, lots of people there were new to gelato- they were patient in recommending flavors.

Food presentation was great. Drinks and sandwiches were nice and hot.
